A 5m x 3m cube contemporary garden room installed in Tyne & Wear,

The client opted for the contemporary anthracite composite roof trims but requested the traditional timber decking to the front and side of the building.

Our client has great views on both sides of the garden room and as such specifies two sets of the 2m wide aluminium bi-folding door sections.

Each aluminium bi-folding door section can be fully opened during clement weather.

Internally the garden room has been professionally plaster boarded and plastered and fitted with oak grain laminate wooden flooring and pre painted skirting boards.
