The Oeco garden room has been constructed partly on a large patio area and unused ground overlooking an outdoor swimming pool. An additional 1m wide aluminium fixed glass window panel has been installed to the side. Externally clad in western red cedar timber cladding.

The interior of the garden room has been professionally plastered. Oak grain wooden laminate flooring has also been fitted inside the building together with pre-painted skirting boards.
