This impressive 8m x 4m corner garden office has been constructed with an aluminium corner glass window and door section and aluminium wide opening window.

The building has the addition of dark grey anthracite composite decking around the front and side.

Our client opted for a extended 3m high garden room as in addition to his office he wanted to use part of the internal space for a home gym.

Under the current permitted development rules a 3m high structure would normally need to be located 2m from any boundary. In this instance our client applied for full planning permission as the garden office was located within 2m of his boundary.
